  • Moments you want to hold onto
  • Mood check-ins and reflections
  • Account information (email or phone number for authentication)

All of your personal data, including conversations, journal entries, and moments, are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not share your personal mental health data with third parties.

2. Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the product. This includes information such as:

  • Feature usage frequency (e.g., how often chat, journal, or moments are used)
  • Error logs related to the application's performance
  • Anonymized system information (OS version, browser type)

This data is aggregated and anonymized, and cannot be used to identify you personally.

When you subscribe to Squish+ ($6/month), your payment information is handled securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe), using the same infrastructure as Bolta Platforms, Inc. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All payment data is processed through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure.

4. Data Security

We take the security of your mental health data seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your conversations, journal entries, and moments are stored securely in our database with row-level security policies that ensure only you can access your own data.

We use cookies on our website to maintain your session and remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function correctly.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data at any time
  • Delete your account and all associated data
