By using Squish, a product of Bolta Platforms, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Squish is a mental health and wellness companion designed to provide a gentle, supportive space for reflection, conversation, and emotional support. Squish is not a replacement for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical treatment.

3. Subscription Terms

Squish offers both a free tier and Squish+ subscription:

• Free Tier: Access to basic features including chat, journaling, and moments
• Squish+ ($6/month): Includes permanent memory, gentle reflections, and the ability to hold moments over time

Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to Squish+ features until the end of your current billing period.

4. Payments and Refunds

Usage of Squish+ requires a monthly subscription fee of $6. All payments are processed through Stripe via Bolta Platforms, Inc. infrastructure. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided, but you will retain access to Squish+ features until the end of the period you've already paid for.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Using the service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as a mental health and wellness companion
• Not using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

Squish is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Important: Squish is not a medical device, therapy service, or professional mental health treatment. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information or interactions with Squish. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical or mental health concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Squish, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Bolta Platforms, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
